I think one of the things I hate most about any new medium of communication in a more and more commercially driven world is how quickly our personal lives, our words, our own stories are co-opted by that new medium.
How can we have so much distribution of information and still have spam?
Is this simply some brief precursor to the eventual revolution, when people begin to realize again that nothing can keep them from getting bored except not being bored.
Being in the moment.
Making the choice to deliver oxygen to more and more parts of the brain, to make the brain function more holistically.
That path can take many meandering paths, but it really all does lead us back to the divine, the beloved, the light that moves and breathes through us all, and wants us to breathe in the universe around us.
It finally made sense to me the real focus of learning to focus on breathing. So that in every moment one is aware, and not aware, of breathing in and out, and that one can move between those states freely without fear.
If you cannot function aware of breathing, you cannot function aware of the universe as the whole.
The universe breathes through us, and we breathe through the universe.
